After a decade of skateboard programs and services in the heart of Downtown Tacoma, it is time for Alchemy to grow! - We are fundraising to move and expand Pierce County's only indoor skatepark.
We are working to idendtify the right location that lets us size up our park and programs, while still being accessible and connected to our community partners and patrons.
The Alchemy Rising Campaign is helping us raise funds to successfully make this transition from neighborhood skatepark/skate shop to a more properly sized indoor skatepark and community hub for the south sound region.
We know from experience how important it is to provide a consistent, dry, and welcoming space for riders in the NW where we experience rain for over two thirds of every year. Reliable access to space combined with unique programs have supported and engaged thousands of young people since 2013.
After years of successful programs and community partnerships we are ready to take the leap into building out a space that can appropriately serve the large population of skatepark users, and anyone who has ever wanted to skate to come roll with us!
We invite you to help us make this transition successful by contributing to our campaign which is supporting costs associated with updating the space, and a portion of the increase in operating expenses associated with scaling up our organization.
