TCMedia Studio A Concert: The Harmonica Pocket

Don't let the January doldrums get you down. TCMedia's Studio Concert is just the thing to brighten a dark winter day with a fun, kid-friendly performance by The Harmonica Pocket (Keeth Apgar). 

The Harmonica Pocket's music is for everyone! Kids, parents, and grandparents have enjoyed their silly and sweet performances in theaters, schools, clubs, and festivals nationally and internationally.  

Audiences of all ages are taken on a fully engaging sensory adventure filled with music, movement, color, and unexpected props. They have been honored with the prestigious Parent's Choice Gold Award for their past studio recordings.

"The show incorporates live loops to "build a band" right in front of the audience's ears. Acoustic guitar, ukulele, bass, wah-wah guitar solos and harmonicas fill out a big sound for a solo performer with only a handful of instruments and a loop pedal on stage. The Harmonica Pocket has a lot of fun onstage and every interactive, highly improvised all-ages show gets kids and grown-ups singing, laughing and moving in their seats." 

Special activities are also planned to keep the kiddos engaged during the intermission.

Proceeds from this concert support TCMedia's ongoing media education and community programming services. We're also happy to partner with All Kids Win for this show. Funds raised from the evening's raffle will support All Kids Win programs and services.  All Kids Win is a 501(c)3 non-profit based in Thurston County that provides weekend food bags to middle and high school students in North Thurston, Tumwater and Olympia and K-12 students in Tenino, Rainier, Yelm and Rochester.\
