Have you ever heard a voice in your head that sows these seeds of doubt: “You’re an imposter, a phony, a fake. You only got that promotion by default. You only received that award because you’ve fooled people into thinking you’re an expert at what you do”? What you're experiencing is “The Imposter Syndrome”, and you are not alone. This is the term our culture has given to the constant feeling that we don’t belong in our own community, or that our accomplishments aren’t legit. This voice knows just when to tear at our confidence. Know that this is NOT of God. When this voice, which comes from the enemy, tells you that you’re a fake, turn to the Bible to be reminded that your identity is rooted in God. And you are His Masterpiece.
