Carving Your Career Path and Thriving in a Male-Dominated Tech Culture

Business executive Jan McDaniel has successfully led all types and sizes of companies - from start-up to Fortune 50. She credits her success with her own grit and perseverance to carve out a successful career path on her own terms. In our meeting, she will share her wisdom and perspectives on what it is like to navigate the challenges and politics of the male-dominated tech industry as a woman of faith. While mentorship and emulating female leaders is important, cultivating our innate God-given talents and capitalizing on them professionally will ultimately yield a satisfying career. Jan will share her wisdom with us, how she was clear with her priorities, learned to delegate, and always kept God as the center of her life.
