Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will result in the carry forward of registration fees only and will be subject to a $100 Administration Fee. We will not be able to offer refunds.

• Cancellations prior to March 1, 2022: 100% of paid registration fees will be carried forward to 2023 without penalty.
• Cancellations prior to May 1, 2022: 50% of paid registration fees will be carried forward to 2023; 50% will be forfeited.
• Cancellations after May 1, 2022:100% of paid registration fees will be forfeited.
