The American Documentary Annual Gala brings together industry influencers, philanthropists and film lovers to celebrate the power of independent documentary for the public good. Now in its third year, the event will feature a gala cocktail reception with our season filmmakers and special guests, followed by a festive afterparty with the indie doc community.

Gala proceeds will support American Documentary (AmDoc), the nonprofit organization that brings you award-winning documentary series POV on PBS and America ReFramed on WORLD Channel; interactive arm POV Spark; long-running community impact and engagement work and new artist initiatives for a more equitable documentary ecosystem.
