Learn more about our innovative approach to humanitarian action.

Join the iACT leadership team at the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center for happy hour to learn about their innovative approach to humanitarian action through refugee-led sports, education, and human rights programs that place refugees at the heart of the solution.

RSVP is required for this free event. Appetizers and drinks will be served while guests learn about iACT’s mission to aid, empower, and extend hope to those affected by mass atrocities, creating a world where people are connected and equipped to act.  We invite you to bring a plus one!

Parking: Parking is easy and free. There are two lots adjacent to the Museum. Download this map for more details.

iACT's Creating Connections Tour is supported by Humanity United, who is dedicated to bringing new approaches to global problems that have long been considered intractable. Working from a belief that whatever problems humans create humans can solve, Humanity United builds, leads, and supports efforts to change the systems that suppress human rights and contribute to human suffering.

The mission of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center is perhaps best expressed in our founding principle: Remember the Past, Transform the Future. The Museum is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Holocaust by honoring the memories of those who were lost and by teaching universal lessons that combat hatred, prejudice, and indifference. The Museum fulfills its mission through the exhibition, preservation, and interpretation of its collections and through education programs and initiatives that foster the promotion of human rights and the elimination of genocide.
