Eric Martin Paddle for Promise 2018

Eric is traveling down the Delaware River for UPTrenton Trekkers!

Hello Friends!

On July 6th, I am paddling down the Delaware River from Trenton to Camden in an outrigger canoe to raise money for the UrbanTrekkers at UrbanPromise Trenton. You can watch the video of last year's Paddle for Promise to learn more about the event!

The UrbanTrekkers program is an experiential learning program that takes high school students from Trenton on trips to other parts of the city and throughout the region. These trips will teach the students about history, other cultures, the environment, and many other areas. The program is currently offered to a select number of our Streetleaders but we would like to be able to offer it to every StreetLeader and expand the scope of the program.

The UrbanPromise Trenton StreetLeader program is an after school and summer program which provides high school students living or attending school in Trenton with job training, a small stipend, and skills needed for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and leadership.

Please consider contributing to UPT UrbanTrekkers program which provides Trenton high school students with experiences they otherwise would never have received. I am trying to raise a total of $5,000.00, and appreciate any gift no matter the amount.

I want to thank you in advance for your support. I am proud to support UPT and the teens of Trenton NJ!
