My name is Janna Millman and Maya was my best friend. We did everything together from meeting at the JCC early childhood program, going to dance class, playing on our towns kinderkicker soccer team, and even ending up in the same public school kindergarten class! I was so lucky to have Maya in my life, even if it was only for 5 short years. Therefore, it is only fitting that as part of my Bat Mitzvah, I have chosen to support Maya's Rainbow Foundation as my mitzvah project. 
Maya's Rainbow Foundation has already impacted my life with a generous donation to JCC Rockland, one of my favorite places, where they were able to create Maya's Rainbow Messy Art Studio. Therefore, for my mitzvah project I will be raising money to add an outdoor area at JCC Rockland's Maya's Rainbow Messy Art Studio, called Maya's Rainbow Paint Party, with new easels and paint supplies.
I hope you will contribute to my mitzvah project and help me make Maya a part of my Bat Mitzvah.
