OnDemand: Ben Alldis 30-Minute Pop Ride

We dare you not to dance as you ride to all the hits from pop music charts across the decades. This ride features Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, Dua Lipa, Alicia Keys and more!

UK-based instructor Ben Alldis was an accomplished athlete who was always looking for the opportunity to run, ride, kick a ball or compete. In his 20s, he was diagnosed with stage 2 skin cancer and was told he had a 20% chance of dying in six months time. He overcame the diagnosis, abandoned his prestigious job at a finance firm and begin training fitness clients. He quickly gained momentum and decided to take a leap of faith to pursue his true passion in fitness.
