Join us this September for our series of activities showcasing authentic African lifestyle, art, music, and cultural exchange as we celebrate African Heritage Month!
The African Heritage Month is to celebrate our collective accomplishments, recognize our community champions, and cast the vision for our next year of advocacy work. In addition, African Heritage Month is part of our public awareness campaign to reach other diverse communities. In all of this, we celebrate loud and proud, the positive impact of African people in Florida and honor our contributions.
There will be several events like the Kickoff Ribbon Cutting and Mixer on September 1, th Orlando African Fashion Show on September 3, and the grand finale of them all, the African Heritage Month Gala which is a meeting hub for local community organization leaders, government agencies, the private sector, and the general public!
