PMDD Awareness Fund

Raising awareness and providing support to those affected by PMDD

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a real and serious disorder directly connected to a woman's ovulation cycle. Although only a woman can have PMDD it affects everyone around her. PMDD severely impacts the quality of a woman's life as well as her children, partner or spouse, friends, family, and even her school and work.

2% - 8% of women who ovulate are diagnosed with PMDD and there are many more who go undiagnosed or are misdiagnosed

Women living with PMDD need help and hope: they need a community that supports them, their families and their treatment.

NAPMDD is dedicated to building awareness of PMDD, bettering the lives of women who have PMDD, removing the stigma about PMDD, and advocating access to services, treatment, research, and support. NAPMDD works endlessly to provide resources to women with PMDD and those who love and care for them.
