We believe that everyone deserves a supportive family to belong to. Blood or chosen. Our pursuit is to build a community family where young Latine, Indigenous, Chicane LGBTQ people can express that pride.
You can support Fortaleza Familiar and the youth and families in our organization by donating to sustain our work that includes Liberate Ourselves-a leadership program to help develop young people's leadership skills and increase their mental wellness and self esteem; Fortaleza en Naturaleza, an intergenerational program that allows families and youth to heal and connect with nature.
Participants have a unique opportunity to connect with other young LGBTQ2S+ BIPOC people and community leaders.
Whether you are a nonprofit, community business, educator or parent, you can support young people by donating and ensuring young people have access to queer programing!
