My cuñado, brother-in-law, Mimi Madrid founded an incredible organization called Fortaleza Familiar.
It's a group of Indigenous, Chicanx, and Latinx LGBTQ folks in Colorado. They put on workshops and events and build and support community.
They're running a youth leadership program starting in 10 days called Liberate Ourselves that will explore mental wellness, identity and leadership.
In honor of me turning 40 years old I want to celebrate this milestone by paying it forward to our youth and raising $40 from 40 of my closest family and friends to help make this program possible.
