Fort Collins — Sound of Rest Tour: Hearing the Story of Your Voice

A Workshop + Dinner for Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority

Sound of Rest Tour— THURS. JUNE 15

Hearing the Story of Your Voice

 Workshop + Dinner

June 15 | 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

With Aaron Johnson, cofounder of Holistic Resistance & Grief to Action

This workshop is a place for people of the global majority (BIPOC folks) to be in community around finding and expressing our voices. It’s a song circle, a meditation, a meal, a place to slow down and be in community, to rethink ways to share our stories, poems, chants, grief, and dreams. To notice what it takes to find your messages and to be heard. Holistic Resistance will facilitate songs, stories, and simple settling practices that will support your voice and your expression.

Hosted by The Yarrow Collective & Fort Collins Community Action Network
With generous support from SummitStone Health Partners & the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County
