In a proud annual tradition that truly embraces the spirit of giving, St. Therese of Carmel Parish Guild is once again assisting the San Diego region's ill and injured military heroes with a fundraiser benefiting Warrior Foundation Freedom Station! As a San Diego-based foundation, we have been a leading force in assisting, honoring and supporting local military men and women who have bravely served our country.
This year, you can donate to the Virtual Angel Tree online to provide ill and injured warriors with quality-of-life items, support services and transitional housing to assist them and their families during recovery. Throughout the years, the big hearts of St. Therese of Carmel parishioners have truly changed the lives of injured troops in countless ways, providing comfort and reminding them they have not been forgotten.
Gift Card and Check Donations
If you prefer to donate gift cards or checks, the Parish office will be collecting those during Parish Office Hours. Look for the box labeled "Warrior Foundation Freedom Station." Gift cards make life easier for injured or medically retiring warriors who may be experiencing financial hardship or delays in receiving their government benefits.
