Fuest & Klein Wealth Advisors is partnering with Numi Foundation to raise funds for a summer school program for sixth-grade students in Baghdad, Iraq. 90% of children in Iraq have lost a family member to violence and war; due to this trauma, many have a hard time keeping up with studies and staying in school. Join us as we support some of the most vulnerable children in Iraq with the gift of education.
The 8-week summer school program will build on a successful pilot by Numi Foundation, Iraq Foundation, and the Ministry of Education, and include classes three times a week in four core academic subjects: math, science, English, and art. The program will include one trip to the Baghdad Museum and another to the Babil Ruins, so students can experience the famous archeological site first hand
Donated funds will be directed toward teacher stipends, materials, field trip expenses, general building operating expenses, and a showcase event at the end of the 8-week period. Our goal with this campaign is to provide 25 students access to summer school programming, and any donations above the goal will go toward additional programs.
