This holiday season please consider giving back to an amazing organization that I have the honor to work at. The Relational Center is a small, non-profit community mental health center that takes a holistic approach to mental health while creating community, promoting social justice; as well as providing an inclusive, empathetic, and safe space. In this last year working at TRC, I have learned so much about myself, about psychology, and most importantly about the power of connection and community. Now more than ever, in the midst of a toxic, harmful, and scary time we need organizations like this to thrive, grow, and make change.
