Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee

The Committee exisits to support the National Cemetery. We provide the progam for the December wreath laying as part of the nationwide Wreaths Across America project and the May Memorial Day celebration. However, the main focus of the committee is to raise funds for captial improvements at the Cemetery. We have a list of 20 projects which range from $5,000 to $5,000,000 to enhance the beauty of the Cemetery and honor various groups of soldiers, sailors, airman, marines, coast guardsmen and merchant marines who have served our country. An example is a half-size reprica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington. Another is a memorial to those who have fought and died in the Gulf Wars.
