Raising for the Classroom: Support Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson

Teachers in Tucson are doing incredible work — often with their own money, their own time, and not nearly enough of either. Treasures 4 Teachers of Tucson exists to change that, providing educators with free to low-cost, repurposed school and art supplies so they can focus on what they're actually there to do: teach.

As freethinkers who believe deeply in the power of education, this one hits close to home. We've partnered with Treasures 4 Teachers before — they've supported our Giving Saguaro holiday program and helped us take care of families in our community. Now we're returning the favor.

Our Goal: $2,000 by June 30th

Every dollar raised goes directly toward putting supplies in classrooms across Tucson. No overhead games, no corporate middlemen — just materials reaching teachers and students who need them.

What your donation supports:

• Repurposed school and art supplies delivered free to teachers
• The "Treasures on the Go" program, which brings supplies directly to schools
• A local nonprofit that has served Tucson educators for years

Why This Matters to Us

We don't need religion or ideology to tell us that investing in children's education is the right thing to do. Reason alone gets us there. Tucson teachers are underfunded, overextended, and still showing up every day. The least we can do is make sure they have what they need to do the job.
