Charter for Compassion invites you to an interactive workshop using International Futures Forum’s Kitbag to grow a culture of compassion.  Designed by psychologists and therapists with input from artists and musicians, Kitbag is used widely in schools and families in Scotland.  It opens up a safe space to explore feelings, to be present and to grow understanding and empathy for each other (www.iffkitbag.com). 

During this workshop, you will have an experience of using the different elements and hear from children in Scotland about its value in their lives.
