Please join us for the Women of Vision Scholarship Dinner, honoring Notre Dame Women of Vision. The event will be a celebration of our alumnae, with a special focus on one honoree, plus the honoring 30 NDB alumnae under 30.
This year’s keynote speaker and “Woman of Vision” will be Elsa Walsh, ‘75, an accomplished journalist and author. Elsa attended UC Berkeley, and upon graduation, moved to Washington, DC and began a career as a reporter at the Washington Post. Elsa was also a staff writer for The New Yorker, and was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting. She is the author of Divided Lives: The Public and Private Struggles of Three Accomplished Women. Elsa lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Bob Woodward, who has also had a long history with the Washington Post. Elsa is one of five sisters who all graduated from NDB!
The Women of Vision Dinner will be raising scholarships for future Women of Vision. Please join us on Thursday, April 4, 2019, 6:00 p.m., at the Peninsula Golf and Country Club in San Mateo. Tickets can be purchased online. Thank you for your support as we work to educate Women of Vision in the fine tradition that is Notre Dame Belmont.
